Briony is an improv addict who started improvising with the Edinburgh University's Improverts. She performs in a two-person group with Richard Soames (human cat) as Running on Empty as well as a three person team Anxiety Club with Charlotte Gittins (Austentatious) and Lauren Shearing (Showstopper). Briony is an experienced improviser who performs regularly with Questing Time, The Free Association, The Playground and Steen Raskopoulos & Friends as well as having guested with They Seem Nice, Yes Queens, Suki Webster's Guest Speaker, Grand Theft Impro, The London 50hr improvathons, This is Your Trial ('perfect bit of improv mayhem' ***** Mirror) and the Chortle Award-winning Austentatious.
QUESTING TIME

London’s funniest Dungeons & Dragons comedy show. It’s a fun, dumb comedy show where one comedian (Paul Foxcroft) runs a game of Dungeons & Dragons for a bunch of other comedians. It’s exactly that. Live shows are usually once a month at The Phoenix, Oxford Circus. Briony regularly performs at Questing Time live and in the show’s weekly online campaign Questing Time: Ravensholm (March 2020-August 2022) featuring Briony as The Amazing Claire, Richard Soames as Rev Jack Hardcore, Matt Highton as Phillin Blanks and Rufus Hound as The Rough Knight. RUNNING ON EMPTY
Briony Redman (have we met?) and Richard Soames (that guy) do two-prov (two people doing improv - not sure you needed that explained) to create brand new stories in front of your very eyes (your eyes). Two quite similar people with very different grasps on grammar need your (you’re?) help to workshop a script they haven’t yet written. They have done a few gigs around London and plan to do this again. (One of them really likes brackets).

Briony performs with and teaches improv for The Free Association (The FA). She is a long-standing performer at the FA as part of Sweet FA one of the three original house teams as well as performing in other FA shows including Jacuzii, Ladies of FA County and Staff Room.
